Cancellation Policy: All cancellations within 12 hours of class time will be charged for the full session. Call or text 703-402-4750, or go to your reservation confirmation (accessible by your email) to cancel/reschedule. Classes are available to schedule up to one hour before the start time.

French Beginner Mat Pilates: 1/2 Hour:

*You do not need to know French to participate* This is a gentle stretching and full-body Pilates mat class for those who would like to learn some French and participate in Pilates at the same time. Most exercises are completed in French, but modifications to keep class safe for everyone are given in English. Mat classes are offered at a discounted price of $10/session.

Beginner Reformer Class:

Classical Pilates methods in combination with contemporary movements make up this relaxing beginner class. This is perfect for starters or those who have been practicing long-term. I enjoy beginner workouts even with flexible and more advanced skill because they allow my body to feel specific strengths and weaknesses through slower movements. Stretching and moving parts of our figure in a deliberate way, we improve balance, posture, and mind-body connection.

Mixed level Reformer Class:

“Mixed Level” is my cue for those who have practiced Pilates before. We are going to go through intermediate and advanced moves in this class using the Merrithew V2 Max Plus Reformers to strengthen and elongate the full body. Providing more of a chance to sweat and feel a burn, we continue rolling through classical movements.

Beginner Pilates Sculpt & Stretch Class:

Attached to our Merrithew reformers is a bar that will guide us through abdominal work and light squatting, providing us with more balance and control. In synergy with the bar, we complete an abundance of mat exercises in beginner barre classes to focus on the toning of different muscles.

Mixed Level Pilates Sculpt & Stretch Class:

As our skill level continues to build through variations of movement, let’s build strength and flexibility through mixed level Pilates sculpt & stretch classes! We use three-pound weights, magic circles, and the tower to guide us through this challenging series.

Mixed Level TRX/Barre Class:

Love our Pilates sculpt & stretch series? TRX/Barre adds total resistance exercises with equipment developed by a former U.S. Navy seal. Using TRX suspension training, we build a lean upper body, core, and lower body, too.
